The sales front
for car dealers.

A buyer asks about a car on a Sunday evening. We answer in minutes, book the test drive, and call after it. As your dealership.

The problem

Buyers ask three dealers at once.

A buyer looks at the same kind of car at three or four showrooms, often in the evening or at the weekend.

The first dealer to answer properly gets the test drive. The others get a polite no, or nothing at all.

A new WhatsApp enquiry, a reply timer at four minutes, and bars showing 78 percent of buyers choose the first reply and that the odds of reaching a lead fall more than ten times in the first hour.

What we do for dealers

We answer, qualify and book the test drive.

Every enquiry from your website, car portals, Facebook and the phone is answered in your dealership’s name. We ask which car, cash or finance, any trade-in, and when they want to buy.

Then we book the test drive with the right salesperson and send a reminder.

  • Enquiries answered in minutes, weekends too
  • Finance and trade-in questions noted
  • Test drives booked and confirmed
  • A call the day after every test drive

After the test drive

Most sales are lost after the test drive.

The buyer liked the car, then went quiet. We call the next day, ask what is stopping them, and pass the answer to your salesperson.

If it is the price, the finance or the trade-in value, your salesperson knows before calling back.

Timeline of the follow-up rail: a message on day two, a call on day five, a message on day nine, a call on day fourteen, then an answer.

Your service list is your next sales list.

Customers who bought a few years ago are thinking about the next car. We call them with a reason: a service due, a new model, a trade-in offer you set.

Only your own customers. We do not cold-call strangers.
