One

What exactly do you say when you pick up, or when you call?

Ask for the opening line, word for word. If it is ‘on behalf of’ or ‘from a partner of’, your customers will hear an agency.

Two

Which parts are a person and which are a machine?

Do not accept ‘AI-assisted’. Ask what a machine does and what a person does.

Where does my customer data live, and who else can see it?

Ask for the data processing agreement before the sales deck. It should name the country, every use, whether any AI model touches the data, and whether it is ever used to train anything.

Do you work for my competitor?

A desk that sells for two rivals in the same town will always favour one, and it will not be you. Ask for exclusivity by trade and town, in writing, before anything else is signed.

What do I see, and how often?

If the answer is a monthly PDF of call counts, walk away. You want leads, replies, bookings, wins, losses and the reason for every loss, weekly, on a page you can open any time.

The Monday Number report: leads 42, replied 42, qualified 27, booked 19, won 11, lost 8, with reasons for each loss.

What happens if it does not work?

Ask for the exit. The right answer is a target in writing before the start, no contract for the first ninety days, and free work or a refund if the target is missed.

Bar comparison: one in-house hire at about 2,400 euro a month against the desk at a fraction of that.

How long until we are live, and what do I have to install?

Two to five days for a single site is normal. More than two weeks is a heavy process.

People, not bots

A person persuades. A machine only reminds.

No AI voice on any call that sells. We always say who we call for.

Nine to one and four to seven. Never on a Sunday.

Two speech bubbles: a caller saying it is Maria from your business, and a customer confirming Thursday morning.

Questions

Questions.

Do you answer all seven?+

Yes. The answers are on this page. Our opening line is your name. A person makes every selling call. Data stays in the EU. One business per trade, per town. One page every Monday. Ninety days without a contract. Live in two to five days, nothing to install.

Do customers know they are not talking to my team?+

They talk to a person who answers as your business. We never say we are an agency.

Do you use AI to call?+

No. A machine may send a reminder. Only a person makes a call that sells.

Is this just answering the phone?+

No. The reply, the questions, the booking, the follow-up, the call after. The whole sale, in your name.
