Tminta Ltd is also the company that runs Pembury & Stone today.

How was Tminta built?
- —Concept and planning: brainstorming and market research.
- —First version: built in one month.
- —Full launch: the brand, search and the first users, in two to three months.
- —Tools: WordPress and PHP; Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Why such a short name?
Tminta is short, relevant and easy to remember. A strong name helps with search, builds trust and makes marketing simpler. People who remember it come back.

What did the brand need to say?
Professional, but open to everyone. Every choice was made for that, from the green on black to the DM Sans type. The interface is simple: a freelancer or a client finds what they need in a few steps.

How did people find Tminta?
Through search, mostly. It brought steady traffic: more than 2,000 organic leads a month, from people looking for freelancers and self-employed people in Malta. Social media grew to more than 2,800 followers, so freelancers and businesses could reach the platform there too.

The build
The site runs on WordPress and PHP, so it can grow. The user journey was designed in Figma, the brand in Photoshop and Illustrator. Nothing on the page that a user does not need.

What comes next?
Tminta stands on steady traffic and a growing user base. The next steps are better search, more engagement, and new features from what users ask for.

Built by our founder as Building Persona, before Pembury & Stone.
